Anger & Stress Management
Helping you to recognise personal triggers and the physical, emotional and thought patterns they provoke. I use evidence-based techniques such as mindfulness exercises to increase awareness of bodily sensations, cognitive restructuring to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and increase self-regulation skills.
We’ll develop a tailored toolkit of grounding exercises, breathing techniques and assertive communication strategies, then review and refine these in each session so you can manage tension and channel anger constructively in daily life.
Workplace Wellbeing
Develop personalised strategies, such as boundary setting, time management techniques and stress reduction exercises drawn from CBT and mindfulness, to build resilience and improve emotional regulation.
Regular sessions include reviewing progress, adjusting approaches as needed, and fostering practical skills in communication and self-advocacy so you can maintain a healthier work-life balance and thrive professionally.
Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome & ME Management
I recognise the significant physical and emotional impact these conditions can have. Following a thorough assessment, we explore how pain, fatigue, and stress affect your daily life and well-being. Together, we create a personalised energy-management plan using pacing strategies, gentle mindfulness, graded activity, and practical coping tools to help prevent crashes. We also use cognitive techniques to challenge limiting beliefs, alongside relaxation and sleep support to improve rest and reduce symptoms. Progress is reviewed regularly, with support tailored to your body’s needs and long-term resilience.
Additional Support Areas
Many people reach a point where relationships feel strained, confidence has been worn down, or life no longer feels clear or fulfilling. You may feel stuck in unhealthy patterns, uncertain about your next step, or disconnected from the person you want to be. Whether you are facing relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, loss of direction, or major life changes, therapy can offer a supportive space to explore what is happening and begin to move forward.
Together, we can look at the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be holding you back, helping you build healthier relationships, greater self-confidence, and a stronger sense of purpose. With the right support, change is possible, and feeling stuck does not have to be permanent.
Relationship Difficulties
Support for communication problems, separation, conflict and emotional pain.
Confidence & Self-Esteem
Build healthier self-worth, stronger boundaries and a more positive relationship with yourself.
Life Changes & Feeling Stuck
Sometimes life transitions leave us feeling lost or overwhelmed. Therapy can help bring clarity and direction
