Immediate Crisis Support

Every day, men across the UK struggle with depression, emotional overwhelm, loneliness, trauma, relationship breakdown, financial pressures, and thoughts of suicide. Many suffer in silence, believing they must cope alone or hide how they are feeling. The reality is that suicidal thoughts can affect any man, regardless of age, background, career, or life circumstances. Seeking support is not a sign of weakness—it is an act of courage.

At Caroline Rothwell Therapy, I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where men can talk openly about their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Whether you are experiencing emotional burnout, feeling trapped by life circumstances, struggling with low mood, or finding it difficult to cope, support is available. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing, develop healthier coping strategies, and help you regain a sense of hope and control.

Complete the form under the 'Booking' tab and I will call you for a 30 minute FREE introductory chat and take it from there or click the bio link on my social media pages.

If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, or are concerned about someone you care about, immediate support is available through organisations including Samaritans, ANDYSMANCLUB, CALM, James' Place, PAPYRUS, and NHS Mental Health Crisis Services.

If you are in immediate danger or feel unable to keep yourself safe, call 999, NHS 111, or attend your nearest A&E department immediately. Reach out to someone you feel safe with and ask them to go with you to the hospital.
