A Little About Me
I'm Caroline, a qualified psychotherapist and psychology graduate offering online therapy to adults across the UK.
My approach is warm, practical and person-centred. I don't believe therapy should feel clinical or as though you're being squeezed into a particular box. I draw on psychotherapy, mindfulness-based CBT and person-centred approaches, adapting the way we work to you and what you're experiencing.
I have a particular interest in the psychological impact of menopause, long-term health conditions, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and workplace stress. My aim is to provide a space where you can talk openly, understand what's happening beneath the surface and begin finding a way forward that feels right for you.
And no, you don't need to have everything neatly figured out before you get in touch. That's rather the point.

Mindfulness Training

Life Changes and
Feeling Stuck
Major life changes and feeling emotionally stuck can leave people feeling lost, uncertain and disconnected from who they once were. Whether it is relationship breakdown, menopause, men’s mental health concerns, grief, illness, career changes, burnout or personal loss, periods of transition can trigger anxiety, self-doubt, fear of the future and a sense of emotional paralysis where moving forward feels difficult.
Many people feel trapped between the life they had and the life they are trying to rebuild, often carrying guilt, overwhelm or confusion about what they truly need.
In therapy, I provide a supportive, non judgemental space to help you process these changes psychologically, understand the emotional impact they are having on you and regain clarity, confidence and emotional stability at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
